Troubleshooting

1. Please confirm that the keyboard power is turned on.

2. Please make sure the keyboard and your electronic devices are no more than 10 meters away.

3. Please make sure your keyboard has enough power.

4. Please confirm that your electronic device has Bluetooth turned on or a 2.4G receiver plugged in.

5. Please confirm that your electronic device and keyboard have been successfully paired.

If your electronic device and keyboard fail to pair, try the following steps:

1) Bluetooth mode pairing

a. Delete all previously paired Bluetooth devices on your electronic device.

b. Turn off the Bluetooth on your electronic device and then turn it back on.

c. Turn off the keyboard power and then turn on BT Bluetooth again.

d. Let the keyboard and the electronic device pairing connection again.

2) 2.4G mode pairing

a.Unplug the 2.4G receiver from the device.

b. Turn off the keyboard power and then turn on 2.4G again.

c. Insert the 2.4G receiver into the device in use within 20 seconds of the green light flashing.

d. When the green light is steady on and then off, it indicates that the device is connected properly. If not, please try again and again.
