1. The version of the iPad tablet cannot be lower than IOS 12.2.

2. Go to “Settings “- “Apple Pencil” – ”Disable Apple Pencil“.

3. Go to “Settings “- “ Notes “- “Turn on Draw with Apple Pencil Only” .

After the above Settings are completed, open our Pencil. It will automatically connect to your iPad. No Bluetooth or app required. (You can use this）

NOTE:

Cannot be used with other pens at the same time.

When using a protective glass film, the pen may have difficulty responding to the phone due to the difference in thickness. We recommend a protective film of 3 mm or less.

You cannot use the pen when the battery is low. Please charge it before use.

You can only charge the stylus with a 5V adapter and the current should not exceed 2A, otherwise you cannot charge the stylus and may even damage it.

If you find that the stylus can be opened normally and the device model is the one listed, please check whether the pen tip is tightened too tightly or too loosely. (Just twist the pen tip and try to use it again after twisting it back)
