4. If the stylus pen for ipad doesn’t work on your iPad, please disconnect your iPad from the Apple pencil first, and if there is a switch inside the app for Apple pencil use only, please turn it off.
5. There is a sealing wax on the ball point tip originally, please remove it before your first use writing on paper.
